Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide support on a leave of absence contract at an elementary school in Feeding Hills, MA. This position focuses on delivering high-quality services to students in grades K-4 within a structured educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language pathology services to students utilizing small group, one-on-one, and inclusion classroom models.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations to determine IEP eligibility.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individual education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the educational team.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal writing and progress documentation.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and therapy sessions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC preferred).
• Experience working in school settings serving elementary-aged children.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state special education regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and students.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and maintain detailed documentation.

Position Details:

• Location: Feeding Hills, MA.
• School Level: Elementary (K-4 grades).
• Hours: Approximately 17 hours per week.
• Duration: Immediate start through February 13, 2026, with potential extension for makeup services.
• Contract type: Leave of absence coverage.
• Credentialing and completion of district onboarding requirements are mandatory before placement.
