HVAC Project Manager – Greater Boston Area

This is a high-impact HVAC Project Manager role with real growth potential. You’ll lead commercial projects from start to finish, working with a team that values autonomy, professionalism, and results.
Compensation & Perks:
- $120K–$150K base salary

What You’ll Do:
- Manage HVAC projects from kickoff to closeout
- Coordinate field crews, subs, vendors & clients
- Ensure timelines, budgets & quality standards are met
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in HVAC or mechanical project management
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints & manage field operations
