Job Summary
We are seeking experienced In-House Counsels with strong technology transactions expertise to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, perform redlining and negotiation exercises, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform contract drafting, review, redlining, and simulated negotiations.
- Evaluate AI responses to contract-related scenarios.
- Develop objective evaluation criteria for AI performance.
- Provide expert feedback to improve AI outputs.
- Collaborate with product and research teams on legal AI workflows.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.

- Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
