Key Responsibilities\n

  • Administer comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients, ensuring to identify and address their unique emotional requirements.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to create and implement comprehensive care plans that prioritize the mental health of geriatric clients.

  • Conduct focused grief and loss counseling sessions supporting residents and their loved ones through end-of-life issues.

Qualifications\n

  • Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

  • Valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) designation in Massachusetts.
