As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), your days will be filled with rewarding duties that make a lasting impact on the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with young adults, typically ranging from 18 to 30 years of age, within an outpatient treatment setting. Our clients often face a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. As a counselor, your role will be vital in providing the support and resources these young individuals need to navigate their unique struggles and achieve meaningful recovery.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and maintain a current LMHC license in Massachusetts. Your educational background should be complemented by training and certifications pertinent to mental health counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum educational qualification is required, candidates with previous experience working with adolescents and young adults in a therapeutic setting are strongly preferred. Experience in telehealth counseling methodologies is also advantageous, enabling candidates to adapt to and thrive in our remote work environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
