Exclusion Technician
Job Description
Job Description
We're a growing pest control company and we've been trusted by a national restaurant chain to protect their locations from pests. That means you'll travel to restaurant sites across the country, work overnight while stores are closed, and physically seal the building — gaps in walls, ceilings, floors, doors, pipes — so nothing gets in.
This is hands-on, detail-oriented work. You'll be crawling in tight spaces, identifying construction weaknesses, and fixing them on the spot. Every building is different. Every night matters.
What you'll do:
• Travel to assigned restaurant locations (expenses covered)
• Conduct overnight exclusion work — sealing gaps, cracks, and entry points using construction materials
• Identify structural vulnerabilities and apply appropriate solutions
• Document your work clearly and communicate findings to the team
• Adapt fast when conditions aren't perfect (and they often aren't)
What we're looking for:
• Experience in construction, renovation, pest control, or a related trade — OR a strong willingness to learn hands-on
• Someone who shows up, does the work, and takes ownership without being told twice
• Positive attitude under pressure and in unconventional hours
• Comfortable traveling frequently and working nights
• A team player who communicates well even when working independently
What we offer:
• Competitive pay based on experience
• All travel and accommodations covered
• On-the-job training — we'll teach you exactly what we need
• Work that matters and a team that has your back If you're a hard worker who wants a role where your effort is directly visible — this is it.
Apply now and tell us why you're the right fit.
You should be proficient in:
- Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
- HVAC Repair
- Field Service Readiness
- Equipment Installation & Wiring
