Job DescriptionCNA/HHA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs and HHAs in Millis, MA. We’re looking for dependable and compassionate caregivers who can provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes. Both short- and long-hour shifts are available, with options for weekdays and weekends.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment

• Follow individualized care plans and client routines

• Communicate client needs or changes in condition to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HHA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Patient, compassionate, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

• Able to work short or longer shifts as scheduled
