Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting students in grades K-3 with moderate to severe needs. The position is based in Massachusetts and is suited for professionals with experience in behavior intervention and support within elementary school settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions under supervision
- Support students with moderate to severe behavioral challenges to achieve individualized goals
- Collect and record data on student progress regularly
- Collaborate with school staff and supervisors to develop and adjust behavior plans
- Maintain effective communication with families and educators
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience working with students aged kindergarten through third grade
- Ability to manage caseload with diverse behavioral needs
- Comfortable with in-person or virtual supervision as needed
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Location:
- Elementary school within the region of Adams, MA
