 About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Cape Senior Home Healthcare. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our senior residents. Responsibilities:

<li>Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming</li>
<li>Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff</li>
<li>Provide emotional support and companionship to residents</li>
<li>Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed</li>
<li>Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the healthcare team</li>

Requirements:

<li>Active CNA certification in the state of Massachusetts</li>
<li>Prior experience in a senior care or healthcare setting</li>
<li>Compassionate and patient demeanor</li>
