Are you a driven and clinically skilled pharmacist with a passion for long-term care? Soliant Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join a forward-thinking pharmacy team in Peabody, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to start as a Staff Pharmacist and grow into a leadership role, actively contributing to the organizations success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Begin as a Staff Pharmacist with a clear path to advancing into a leadership role.
- Perform PV1 and PV2 duties, ensuring accurate medication management and dispensing.
- Effectively manage inventory to maintain operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing clinical guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with the distribution team to ensure timely and accurate medication delivery.
- Oversee pharmacy staff to optimize workflow and performance.
- Support business development initiatives to drive growth and enhance client engagement.
- Travel periodically to Philadelphia for training and collaboration with headquarters.
Qualifications:
- Strong clinical pharmacy background with proven experience in long-term care.
- Familiarity with Softwriters FrameworkLTC software is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong munication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
