Established (30+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Civil Defense Litigation in Boston, MA
An established firm based in Boston with over 30 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team in a hybrid work arrangement. This Attorney will have experience with construction defect, general liability, and product liability litigation, managing cases from inception through resolution and representing clients in complex civil matters throughout Boston, MA and Providence, RI.

Salary range: $130,000-$200,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in construction defect, general liability, product liability, or related civil defense litigation
Experience handling all phases of litigation including motion practice, discovery, and depositions
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Admission to practice law and in good standing
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
Conduct and defend depositions
Prepare witnesses for depositions and trial
Review and analyze discovery requests and responses
Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, motions, and other litigation filings
Take lead roles in plaintiff and expert witness depositions
Assist with trial preparation and trial support
Collaborate with partners, clients, and team members to develop case strategy
Maintain accurate and timely billing and time records
