Key Responsibilities\n

- Document all required information promptly to comply with regulatory standards, ensuring quality and consistency in care delivery.
- Employ evidence-based screening tools to identify patient needs effectively, collaborating with the clinical team to refine approaches as necessary.
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute positive behavior support plans that are both effective and respectful of individual differences.
- Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the organization’s commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
- Act as a key liaison between patients, service systems, state agencies, and community partners, facilitating access to comprehensive support services.
- Foster open communication pathways with community stakeholders to align with the goals of the organization while promoting positive patient outcomes.
- Engage in continuous personal and professional development by attending relevant conferences, representing the agency, and participating in statewide initiatives that enhance mental health service delivery.
