Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract role providing valuable support to elementary and middle school students for the upcoming academic year. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll contribute to a positive educational environment from August 2026 through June 2027, working full-time Monday through Friday (32-37.5 hours weekly). This opportunity allows you to assist in addressing the behavioral and learning needs of students, making each day impactful and meaningful.

Your expertise will be utilized to implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collaborate closely with educators and families, and help foster improved student outcomes within elementary and middle school caseloads. Desired qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Experience supporting students in school settings, especially at elementary or middle school levels, preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on a team, collaborating with teachers, staff, and other service providers
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented approach to documentation and implementation of student plans

Key responsibilities:

  • Carry out behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
  • Collect, track, and report on student progress and behavior data
  • Provide 1:1 or small group support in classrooms and other school environments
  • Adapt support strategies to meet the individual needs of students
  • Participate in team meetings, staff training, and ongoing professional development activities
