Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Ridgeview Counseling Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting therapy sessions with couples, families, and individuals to address a variety of mental health issues.
- Developing personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of clients, including concerns such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, familial conflicts, and communication difficulties.
- Implementing therapeutic interventions and techniques to help clients navigate complex emotional and psychological challenges.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of treatment progress and outcomes in accordance with best practices and legal requirements.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support for clients and their families.
- Engaging in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic practices and trends in behavioral health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
In your role, you will work with a diverse client population ranging from adults facing job stress and relationship issues to children and adolescents experiencing adjustment difficulties related to separation, divorce, or blended family dynamics.
