Robert Half is partnering with a law firm that is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing litigation support and administrative assistance to ensure seamless legal operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to impactful cases, refine your legal expertise, and support attorneys in municipal and litigation practice areas. The position is in-office, Monday through Friday.


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and maintain the managing partner’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, court appearances, and meetings.

• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence such as emails, letters, invoices, and court filings to ensure timely responses.

• Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to enhance team collaboration.

• Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, to ensure efficient logistics.

• Perform diverse administrative tasks, such as conducting research, managing budgets, and supporting decision-making processes.

• Prepare, review, and proofread legal documents including contracts, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.

• Oversee legal case files using document management systems to ensure all records are well-organized and up-to-date.

• Conduct thorough document reviews and data entry to support accurate case tracking and compliance.

• Assist with client interviews while maintaining confidentiality and fostering effective communication.

• At least 2 years of experience as a paralegal or legal administrative assistant in a fast-paced law office.
• Proficiency in legal research and document management software.
• Familiarity with municipal, real estate, and litigation procedures.
• Solid understanding of state and federal court processes.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Expertise in document review, legal drafting, proofreading, and transcription.
• Strong writing skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail for preparing legal documents.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively in a busy environment while maintaining accuracy.
