Job DescriptionJob Description: Construction Laborer
We are seeking skilled site laborers for our projects on the south shore of MA. This role will involve moving earth, trenching, and installing water and sewer utilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in this specific type of work and the starting pay will be between $25 - $28 an hour. Responsibilities
- Assist with water, sewer, and underground utility projects
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
- Support excavation, trenching, backfilling, and pipe installation
- Assist equipment operators and foremen as directed
- Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe work environment
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Essential Skills
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior construction or utility experience preferred but not required
- OSHA 10 certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel up to an hour to job sites

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00/hr.
