Requirements:
Active NH Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License
BLS Certification
NBRC Credential required
Experience with Respiratory Therapy and Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT)
Ventilator management, ABGs, oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, airway management, and critical care procedures
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Responsibilities:
Perform respiratory treatments, PFT screening, ABG analysis, ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and patient assessments
Respond to Code Blue, RRT, Trauma, and PCI activations
Document all care accurately in Epic EMR
Provide patient/family education and follow Therapist Driven Protocols (TDP)
