About the Role:
Boston's Bridge To Excellence Inc. is looking for a passionate and dedicated EEC Site Manager to lead our early education program in Boston, MA. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure a safe, nurturing, and EEC-compliant learning environment
- Supervise, mentor, and support classroom teachers and program staff
- Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and program standards
- Build and maintain positive relationships with families, staff, and community partners
- Monitor and support curriculum implementation aligned with early childhood best practices
- Manage site-level administrative duties including scheduling, documentation, and reporting
- Lead staff meetings, professional development, and ongoing training initiatives
Requirements:
- Massachusetts Lead Teacher, EEC Director I or Director II certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an early childhood education leadership role
- Strong knowledge of EEC licensing standards and Massachusetts childcare regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership skills
- Experience with curriculum planning and child development frameworks (e.g., NAEYC, Head Start)
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
