Job Title: Clinician (Non-Licensed)
Bonus: $7,500 (paid quarterly over 18 months)
Pay: $66,950 – $69,010 Annually
Description:
YOU Inc. is hiring a Clinician (Non-Licensed) to support children, adolescents, and families in our Children’s Congregate Care program. In this role, you’ll provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy while working as part of a collaborative clinical team.

What You’ll Do
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and documentation (EHR)
- Support clients with emotional and behavioral needs
- Respond to crises and participate in on-call rotation
- Collaborate with teams, schools, and community partners
What You Need
- Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience preferred
- Experience with youth and trauma is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment
- Valid driver’s license
- CANS Certification (can be obtained after hire)
