Make a positive impact supporting elementary students as a contract paraprofessional and ABA therapist near Boston, MA. Step into a meaningful role assisting educators and students in a collaborative school environment focused on providing high-quality support for children with diverse needs. With a start date as soon as possible and coverage through June 2026, you’ll play a central part in fostering positive behavioral growth and academic success.

Preferred Background and Experience:

  • Hands-on experience as a paraprofessional or ABA therapist in an educational setting
  • Solid understanding of ABA principles and successful implementation
  • Ability to provide compassionate, patient guidance to elementary-age students
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Relevant credentials or certifications required for ABA support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in close partnership with teachers and specialists in classrooms
  • Deliver one-on-one and small group ABA-based interventions to elementary students
  • Monitor student progress and collect behavioral/academic data as directed
  • Adapt instructional strategies for individualized learning plans
  • Assist students with daily routines, socialization, and classroom participation
  • Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages growth and self-confidence
