Key Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with cardiopulmonary disorders
- Administer respiratory therapies and medications as prescribed
- Operate and maintain respiratory care equipment, including ventilators
- Monitor patient response and adjust treatments as appropriate
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments and disease management
- Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record

Requirements

- BLS Certification (Required)
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) Verification (Required)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Verification (Required)
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- Previous acute care experience preferred
