Job DescriptionJob Title: IT - Service - Associate Lab Computing Analyst
Position Type: Contract
Location: Cambridge, MA 02139
Salary Range / Rate: $30/hr - $35/hr W2 (USD)

Responsibilities:

Support and maintain customer lab IT environments and Windows-based systems.
Manage benchtop computing, equipment onboarding/retirement, and security configurations.
Troubleshoot technical issues, support scientific instruments, and ensure policy compliance.
Maintain inventory, documentation, and weekly reporting.
Act as liaison for software/hardware issues and escalate when needed.

Basic Qualifications:

Associate degree in Computer Science OR 1+ year of technical experience (Windows, networking, remote computing, backups).

Preferred:

Experience with scientific instruments or life sciences/pharma environments.

Must-haves:

ServiceNow
Windows 11 upgrade experience

Nice-to-haves: Group Policy, Active Directory
