We are seeking an experienced Dental Technician (Ceramist) This part-time Crown & Bridge role focuses on high-quality restorative work, including full-arch implant prosthetics and premium zirconia and e.max restorations. The ideal candidate combines strong crown & bridge fabrication skills with digital CAD/CAM proficiency and a solid understanding of dental anatomy and occlusion.

  • Core responsibilities
    • Fabricate crown and bridge restorations, veneers, implant-supported prosthetics, and full-arch restorations using zirconia, e.max, and layered ceramic systems.
    • Perform precise contouring, staining, glazing, and finishing to achieve natural esthetics and accurate occlusion.
    • Work with CAD/CAM workflows: design, mill, sinter, and adjust restorations to clinical specifications.
    • Independently manage complex implant cases, including custom abutments and multi-unit restorations, ensuring proper fit and function.
    • Collaborate with the laboratory team and dental clinicians to interpret prescriptions, shade information, and case requirements.
    • Maintain quality control and documentation for all restorations and adhere to laboratory safety and infection-control protocols.
  • Minimum qualifications
    • 3–5 years of hands-on dental laboratory experience in crown & bridge and ceramist workflows.
    • Proven expertise with zirconia and lithium disilicate (e.max) restorations.
    • Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, articulation, and prosthetic principles.
    • Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems and digital production processes used in modern dental labs.
    • Ability to work independently on complex implant and full-arch cases while maintaining high quality standards.
    • Diploma or certification in dental technology or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred skills
    • Experience with advanced layering, staining, and glazing techniques for lifelike esthetics.
    • Knowledge of implant systems, custom abutment workflows, and multi-unit prostheses.
    • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced lab environment.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills with clinicians and lab team members.
