RN – Surgical Stepdown (IMCU)
📍 Boston, MA
🌙 Nights | 36 hrs/week
🛏 38-bed unit | Ratios 1:3–1:4

🏥 Surgical Intermediate Care Unit caring for post-op patients from PACU/SICU including cardiothoracic, vascular, neuro, trauma, and transplant.

✅ Required:

• MA RN License
• ACLS & BLS
• 2+ years recent acute care
• Surgical Stepdown experience (required)
• Must independently interpret telemetry rhythms
• Tele test + Critical Care Med test on Day 1

⭐ Preferred:

• Tertiary facility experience
