Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a hospital operating room setting
- Active New Hampshire state nursing license at time of application
- BLS certification required
- Robotic and spine surgery experience mandatory
- CNOR certification preferred
- Strong foundational skills in scrubbing procedures
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a range of surgeries including robotic prostate and hysterectomy, orthopedic procedures (shoulders, knees, hips, trauma), spinal fusions, laminectomies, ACDF, general surgery, ENT, GYN (laparoscopic, robotic, open), bariatrics, and podiatry
- Collaborate with a team including 5 RNs and 6 surgical technicians (4 first assists) in a unit of 4 OR rooms
- Support hospital standards with Meditech EMR and compliance to Joint Commission certification focused on knee and hip surgeries
- Maintain flexibility to float into Endoscopy when necessary
- Complete routine tasks such as scrubbing and assisting in surgeries with a professional attitude and adaptability
Schedule:
- Day Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
- Night Shift: On-call from 3:30 PM - 7 AM (Monday-Friday)
- On call one night per week and approximately every 5-6 weekends
