Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive individual, group, and family therapy sessions, addressing an array of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and interpersonal conflicts.
- Perform detailed diagnostic assessments to determine the specific needs of clients, developing tailored treatment plans that foster personal growth and recovery.
- Work closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate and enhance client care and achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to safeguard client information.
- Provide crisis intervention and thorough risk assessments during critical situations, ensuring client safety and timely referrals if needed.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
