SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring compassionate and dependable CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Millis, MA! We are looking for caregivers who enjoy helping others and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by supporting their comfort, safety, and independence at home.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities

• Provide mobility, walking, and transfer assistance

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home

• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

• Communicate changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience is an advantage

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable providing care in clients' homes

• Reliable and able to commit to scheduled shifts

• Complete vaccination records preferred
