Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at Donuts of Rutland DBA Dunkin'. As a Maintenance Technician , you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks related to the maintenance, repairs, and grounds duties. This role involves installation, troubleshooting, emergency repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure efficient and safe operations in our facilities. This role requires attention to detail, problem solving and the ability to work independently.
Salary Range: $25 to $30 per hour
**Responsibilities:**
- Completing work orders and performing various repairs, facility maintenance, equipment repair and calibration
-Regular inspection to identify maintenance needs, and conducting preventative maintenance while complying with safety regulations and maintaining clean work areas
-Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment for events and meetings
-Maintain accurate records of repair work
-Computer hardware/software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
-Diagnose/address faulty operations and problems, repair parts. Recommend improvements to facility functionality
-Grounds duties including power washing, striping, hot/cold patching,
-All other duties as assigned
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
-Physical requirements, lifting: Must be able to lift over 50 lbs
-Must have and be able to maintain a valid drivers license
-Proven experience as a Maintenance tech or similar role
- Ability to read manuals, follow safety guidelines and protocols
- Strong communication, collaboration with a team, and problem-solving skills
- Travel between stores is required
- Ability to work a varied schedule
-Proficient with hand and power tools
-Competent skills including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
-Strong organizational and time management skills
