Vermont PT License
\n BLS (AHA)
\n 2 years CURRENT PT experience - Required
\n Must be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient PT as needed
\n Must have VERTIGO experience (LSVT BIG Certification preferred)
\n Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy - Required
\n Previous Rehab Experience - Required
\n Previous travel experience - REQUIRED - At least 3 mos.
\n CPSI EMR experience - Highly Preferred
\n Previous experience working with PTA's - Preferred
\n This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
