Pay: $800–$1,300 per week
Job Overview
Adecco is partnering with a local employer to hire Mosquito & Tick Pest Control Technicians on a Direct Hire basis. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team servicing residential customers across the South Shore, Cape Cod, and South Coast areas.
This is a route-based position where you will work independently, with strong earning potential and paid training provided.
Responsibilities Include:
• Service approximately 30 residential customers per day
• Identify, treat, and prevent mosquitoes and ticks on customer properties
• Operate an independent service route
• Carry and use a 40–50 lb backpack sprayer
• Deliver strong customer service on each visit
• Routes begin and end daily in Hanover, MA
Qualifications Include:
• Pesticide Applicator’s License is required for consideration
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required)
• Reliable and dependable with strong attendance
• Ability to commute to Hanover, MA daily
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to handle physical demands of the roleCompensation & Benefits

• Paid training at $150 per day
• Average earnings of $30,000 over a six-month season
• Weekly pay ranging from $800–$1,300
• End-of-season bonus potential

Pay Details: $30,000.00 to $32,000.00 per year
