Job Requirements\n
- \n
- At least 1 year of IMCU experience
- 2+ years of recent med-surg and telemetry experience
- Experience caring for neuro patients, MIs, trachs, and complex medical needs
- Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips
- Comfort with automated medication dispensing systems
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Preferred: critical care or higher-acuity nursing experience

Responsibilities\n

- Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiac stepdown and mixed-acuity patients
- Monitor telemetry and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Care for patients with neuro, medicine, and cardiology needs
- Support patients with chronic vents, trachs, and high-acuity heart failure
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote safe, patient-centered care
- Maintain accuracy in assessments, documentation, and medication administration
- Adapt to a busy Boston healthcare environment with varying patient ratios and complex clinical demands
