Key Responsibilities:
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of students
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Track student progress and celebrate their achievements
Qualifications:
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Valid state teaching certification in Special Education
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent communication and teamwork skills
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with IEPs and special education best practices preferred
