Job Summary:

The Benjamin Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at our Boston, MA facility. Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to established policies and procedures
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, and perform vital signs and other patient care tasks as assigned
Develop and maintain open and respectful communication with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive environment
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to identify, prioritize, and address patient needs and concerns
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Massachusetts
High school diploma or equivalent required
