SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Dedham, MA! We’re looking for compassionate caregivers who are ready to support clients with their daily needs and help them remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and everyday living activities

• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home

• Follow individualized care plans and established routines

• Report changes in clients’ conditions or care needs to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Patient, compassionate, and dependable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes

• Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts

• Complete vaccination records preferred
