Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and solution-focused therapy.
- Guide clients in identifying their mental health aspirations and foster a supportive relationship to help them achieve these goals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and any modifications to therapy approaches in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The Licensed Mental Health Counselor position offers an annual salary in the range of $100,000 to $110,000, reflective of experience and qualifications.
