Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Home & Community Support

Provide individualized support to an adult in their home and throughout the community, helping them live as independently and meaningfully as possible. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living skills, encouraging community participation, and providing personal care supports as needed. The individual may also require specialized medical and behavioral supports.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and a strong understanding of person-centered approaches. Patience, reliability, and the ability to build positive relationships are essential.

Schedule: Monday through Friday after school hours, with some daytime hours available on weekends.

Pay: $17.12 per hour

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with individuals with Autism preferred
• Ability to support community outings and transportation needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered support
