Requirements for Nursing Supervisor:

Must possess valid unencumbered LPN/RN MA State License and current CPR certification. Registered Nurse, preferred.

Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.

Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills.

Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred.

Weekend on-call rotation is required.
Job Duties for Nursing Supervisor:

Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
-
Supervise Nurses and CNAs
-
Manage staffing changes
-
Support family inquiries and screen visitors

Coordinate patient/resident referrals with admissions

Ensure high-quality resident/patient care
-
Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
