This role focuses on working within Autistic Support or Life Skills classrooms, providing dynamic, individualized instruction to help each student thrive both academically and socially.

Key Requirements:

• Active and valid Massachusetts Special Education Teacher Certification
• Demonstrated experience in special education settings, preferably with elementary or middle school students
• Knowledge of strategies and interventions for students with autism or life skill development needs
• Ability to collaborate effectively with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
• Strong communication skills to engage with students, families, and staff

Your Impact:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique strengths and needs
• Deliver engaging instruction and create inclusive classroom environments that foster growth and positive outcomes
• Track and report student progress through assessments, observations, and regular documentation
