Unit Overview: As a PACU Nurse in our 35-bay recovery area that supports the Operating Room, you will care for a varied patient demographic with multiple conditions, including both inpatient and outpatient cases. Being a level 1 trauma center, we handle surgical patients across all service lines. Prior experience as a registered nurse in critical care is highly desirable.
On-call Requirement: Mandatory
Qualifications:
- Active RN licensure or compact licensure acknowledged by the State of Vermont is essential.
- An Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Relevant experience in the specific clinical area is necessary, with variations depending on the unit.
