Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Family Unity Counseling, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations for couples and families to identify therapeutic needs.
- Facilitating both joint and individual therapy sessions to address emotional and relational issues.
- Developing personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices to support clients’ goals.
- Addressing a wide range of presenting issues, including but not limited to substance abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, divorce adjustment, and communication difficulties.
- Monitoring client progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to achieve the best outcomes.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create a holistic approach to client care.
- Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
