Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Family Unity Counseling, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations for couples and families to identify therapeutic needs.

  • Facilitating both joint and individual therapy sessions to address emotional and relational issues.
  • \n

  • Developing personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices to support clients’ goals.

  • Addressing a wide range of presenting issues, including but not limited to substance abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, divorce adjustment, and communication difficulties.

  • Monitoring client progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to achieve the best outcomes.

  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create a holistic approach to client care.
  • \n

  • Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • \n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your therapeutic work will encompass a diverse client population, including:

  • Couples experiencing relationship challenges or considering separation.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • Current and active LMFT licensure in the state of Massachusetts.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
