· First Shift – 8am – 4pm

Duties:

· Assist with foundation repair and stabilization projects

· Dig, shovel, and prepare work sites

· Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

· Operate hand and power tools safely

· Help install drainage systems, sump pumps, and concrete repair solutions

· Maintain a clean and organized job site

· Follow all safety procedures and work closely with the crew leader

What we look for...

· Construction or general labor experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person

· Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

· Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physically demanding work

· Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

· Valid driver's license, good motor vehicle record check, and reliable transportation

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
