Licensed Practical Nurse – Long Term Care. This travel assignment is located in Exeter, New Hampshire. The start date is 11/02/2026, for a 7-week duration. You’ll be scheduled for 24 guaranteed hours per week on a 3x12-hour day shift (07:00–19:30) in a long-term care nursing home setting. Weekly pay ranges from $1,096 to $1,119.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor residents according to physician orders and facility policy
- Record and report changes in resident condition to the supervising RN
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide basic nursing care
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, and routine procedures as trained
- Support care planning, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and document care thoroughly
- Ensure resident safety, follow infection control protocols, and maintain accurate charting

Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing in New Hampshire
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Experience in or knowledge of long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced, geriatric care environment
- Strong communication skills and accurate documentation
