Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Valid licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in New Hampshire
- Experience in school, healthcare, or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students in various elementary and middle school settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in consultation with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct therapy services (individual and group) across assigned student caseloads
- Participate in IEP meetings, maintain thorough documentation, and contribute to progress monitoring
- Provide guidance and support to staff and families regarding speech-language strategies
