Key Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ABA training or verifiable experience
- Experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting, supporting students with behavioral needs
- Comfortable collaborating with SPED (Special Education) populations, adjusting flexibly to classroom changes as needed
- High school diploma required
- Reliable transportation to and from the school site
- Willingness to undergo district fingerprinting and onboarding process
- At least one completed professional reference required for consideration
Role Responsibilities:
- Support a preschool student in both intensive needs and general education preschool environments
- Implement behavioral strategies under the guidance of educational specialists
- Assist with transitions and classroom activities, ensuring a positive, structured experience for all students
- Adapt to changing classroom assignments as needed, maintaining open communication with teachers and staff
- Participate in virtual interviews via Zoom as part of the hiring process
This assignment is a part-time contract position, Monday through Thursday (26 hours per week), from 8:30AM to 2:50PM, starting as soon as possible and continuing through June 17, 2026.
