Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to inform treatment planning and creating individualized care strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

• Engaging in crisis intervention by developing pre-crisis and crisis management plans and conducting risk assessments to ensure client safety.

• Documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans must be completed promptly and in accordance with regulatory standards to uphold the integrity of care provided.

• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools as identified by our clinical team to accurately assess and track client progress.

\n

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to devise and implement positive behavior support plans that promote client engagement and success.

• Actively participating in agency licensing and accreditation processes to maintain compliance and enhance service quality.

\n

• Serving as the link between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to ensure comprehensive support.

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with external organizations and agencies to explore potential partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Engaging in professional development through workshops, conferences, and meetings to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

• Embodying and promoting the values, philosophy, and principles of Diamond Path Counseling in all interactions.

• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall mission of the organization.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and independent Massachusetts LMHC license.
