Blank Industries, LLC is a fast-growing ice melt manufacturer and packager located in Hudson, MA. We pride ourselves on producing top-quality products while providing exceptional customer service at competitive prices. We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanic to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems and equipment, including engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, electrical components, conveyors, and production machinery.
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Repair or replace defective parts according to manufacturer specifications.
- Inspect equipment to ensure safe operation and compliance with company safety standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance, repair, and inspection records.
- Work with production personnel to quickly resolve mechanical issues.
- Order parts and materials as needed while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Recommend equipment improvements, upgrades, and preventative maintenance solutions.
- Respond quickly to unexpected equipment failures to minimize production downtime.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Positions open: (1) 6PM to 6AM Mechanic
(1) 6PM to 6AM Mechanic with Electrical experience
(1) 6AM to 6PM Mechanic
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Mechanic, Industrial Maintenance Technician, or similar mechanical role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Mechanical certifications or technical training are a plus.
- Ability to work in various weather and environmental conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow (PPE provided).
