SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Raynham, MA. We are seeking caring and dependable professionals to provide personalized in-home support and help clients with their everyday care needs.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment

• Follow individual care plans and established routines

• Report client needs or changes to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable providing care independently in a client’s home

• Able to work longer shifts as scheduled
