Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

- Facilitating group therapy sessions that provide a safe space for young adults to connect, share experiences, and learn coping strategies through peer support.
- Conducting individual therapy sessions that focus on personalized, empathetic counseling to explore clients' thoughts, feelings, and behavioral patterns.
- Developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and specific needs.
- Monitoring client progress through assorted assessment tools and feedback mechanisms, evaluating outcomes and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Working closely with colleagues in a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and consult on complex or challenging cases to optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
You will primarily work with a diverse population of young adults aged 18 to 30 who are enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). These clients often face a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will be crucial in providing them with the guidance and support they need to achieve lasting recovery and personal growth.
Qualifications\n

- A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- A current and valid LMHC license to practice in Massachusetts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients in a compassionate and supportive manner.
- Proven experience in therapeutic settings, especially with young adults, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
