Position: Visiting Nurse (LPN/RN) Location: Norfolk, Plymouth, and Essex Counties, Massachusetts – Flexible coverage areas ⏰ Schedule: Full-time, Part-time, and Per Diem opportunities available
What You’ll Do:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and communicate with physicians and families
- Educate patients and caregivers on health management and medication

What We’re Looking For:
- Active LPN or RN license in Massachusetts

- Prior home health experience is a plus, but not required
