Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the clinical severity and range of mood disorder symptoms in clients.
- Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic models, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to guide client sessions and interventions.
- Monitor client progress through detailed tracking, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on patient feedback and clinical outcomes.
- Engage with clients and their families to provide educational resources on mood disorders and effective self-care strategies.
- Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.
- Stay abreast of the latest research findings and clinical guidelines to enhance treatment effectiveness and improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain precise and confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Active and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.
- Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT.
- Strong understanding of psychopharmacology, capable of collaborating seamlessly with psychiatric professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
